$$ Bong Seng hotel, good quality mid-range hotel.
To Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam):
Book quickly, as prices of flights are still affordable, but go up quickly. Skyscanner.com is a good way to find affordable routes. Try to avoid China Southern, they are really bad! And try to arrive on the 7th of April or earlier.
PS: The bachelor party will be held in the weekend of the 3rd and the 4th of April, 2015. Don’t tell the girls.
In Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam):
Taxis are plentiful in the city, but we recommend ONLY Vinasun or Mai Linh taxi companies. Other taxi companies are less honest and might have an extra speedy meter to increase the price of your ride. Uber also works very well!
Almost everyone will need a visa for Vietnam, but this can also be done at the airport – Tan Son Nhat airport. In this case, you will need to get a “Visa on arrival letter”. Dutch citizens can use the following website for more details: http://www.visumvietnam.nl/
